Pressure Washing Price Calculator

Pressure washing quotes come down to one line of arithmetic: square feet x your rate per square foot + add-ons, with a minimum job charge underneath it so small jobs never come in below what a truck roll costs you.

How the math works

Say a driveway measures 2,400 square feet and your rate is $0.15 per square foot (a sample number, not a market rate; yours may be higher or lower). The base is $360. Add $50 for chemical treatment and the quote is $410. If the same math on a small patio produced $95 and your minimum job charge is $150, the minimum wins, because the drive, the setup, and the water usage do not shrink with the job.

What to include in your rate

Your per-square-foot rate has to carry fuel, chemicals, equipment wear, insurance, and your time, not just the minutes the wand is on. The calculator keeps rate, add-ons, and minimum as separate lines so you can see which one is actually driving each quote.

The calculator asserts no industry rates. Every number is yours to set; it does the arithmetic and shows the breakdown.
